Menomonie is a pretty bike-friendly place. In campus, most students have a bike chained up somewhere–even in winter. Enthusiasts can be seen whizzing through campus on even the coldest of days, bundled up in scarves and ski masks, confidently braving the cold and snow on two wheels. With a few good mountain biking trails and endless road cycling opportunities all around and outside of town, I’m proud to report that our cycling community is alive and well. Even the wildlife is getting into it.
